The Tube Distortion is based on a real tube and provides a full, rich distortion, as known from good all-tube amplifiers. The best results are achieved when the effect pedal is played directly in the clean channel. Why should you continue trying to emulate 'analog warmth' and tube sounds, if you can genuinely get it from your pedal board? The tonal possibilities of the stompbox range from mild overdrive up to heavy distortion with singing sustain.

For best results you should practice and try something, but after a short time, the pedal will actually deliver some stunning rewards. Due to the combination of the tube and the master control, the stompbox can also be used as an adjustable preamp.
